1 Peter reminds us that our "enemy runs around like a lion waiting to devour us." One of the more major themes of the Gospels is about Spiritual Warfare. Jesus frequently drove out demons, evil spirits alike in order to set people free and to walk with God.

Paul however tells us sometime later that our battle is NOT against flesh and blood (You and I) but rather it is against the powers of this dark world and all that encompasses it.

Since creation fell to Satan some time ago, we've been constantly battling the enemy. We battle him in our relationships, our marriages, in schools, in our homes, and even in our churches.

We must be aware of what John Eldredge calls, "The Third Voice in the room."

At Clear Vision Ministry we seek to be completely free in order to walk with God. And in order to do that we need to be aware of Spiritual Warfare and the chains that it can hold on us.

Even though Spiritual Warfare is a major theme in the Gospels, it is NOT a major theme of our lives. Some though walk not with God but from one battle to the next taking whoever they can get to commit. We must be aware of these devices and pray against them.

Paul tells us to "Pray at all times in the Spirit" (Eph. 6:18) and Spiritual Warfare is no difference. We have put a few prayers and links to other prayers in the Spiritual Warfare Network, the Prayer Forum and the Prayer Network to assist you in whatever comes your way.

Please feel free to pass this along to anyone and everyone. Chances are someone is going to be helped by some of these resources.

Also if you come across a Spiritual Warfare Prayer that needs to be added please feel free to contact us by email and let us know. As we walk with God the enemy tries different ways of taking us out and we need to be aware of those ways to disarm him; therefore your help is crucial to us.
